Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Arrow Puzzle (“the app”) is a puzzle game for iOS operated by Ayelite Technologies PVT LTD (“we”, “us”). We built it to respect your privacy: it collects the minimum needed to run, show ads, and understand roughly how many people play. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- An anonymous install identifier. On first launch the app generates a random ID (a UUID) stored on your device. It is not your name, email, Apple ID, or advertising ID, and it is not linked to your real-world identity. We use it to count installs and active players and to remember your “Remove Ads” purchase.
- Basic technical data. App version, operating-system version, device model, and the approximate country derived from your IP address at the moment of a request. We do not store your IP address or precise location.
- Gameplay & purchase events. Aggregate signals such as sessions and completed “Remove Ads” purchases, tied only to the anonymous install identifier above.
The app has no login, no accounts, and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, or location.
Advertising
Arrow Puzzle shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect device information and identifiers, including the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) where you have allowed it. Before any personalized-ads tracking, iOS shows you Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can decline, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Google’s handling of this data is governed by its own policy at policies.google.com/privacy. If you purchase “Remove Ads”, banner and interstitial ads stop.
Purchases
In-app purchases (such as “Remove Ads”) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. We record only that a purchase for a given product completed, tied to the anonymous install identifier, so the app can restore your entitlement.
How we use the data
- To run the game and remember your purchases.
- To show and measure ads (unless you have removed ads).
- To understand aggregate usage — how many people install and play.
- To keep the app working and diagnose crashes and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app: Google AdMob (advertising) and Apple (App Store purchases and delivery). We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep anonymous install and event records for as long as needed to operate and improve the app. Because the data is not linked to your identity, deleting the app removes the identifier from your device.
Children
Arrow Puzzle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices
- Decline or revoke ad tracking in iOS Settings (see Advertising).
- Remove ads via the in-app purchase.
- Delete the app to remove the on-device identifier.
- Email us to request deletion of records associated with your install.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
